GeneGuard AI, Inc. is a US-incorporated company conceptualized in 2024 and founded in 2025 by Josh Roy to make computational approaches to biological threat management more useful to the institutions responsible for responding with systems thinking. The company builds on research in vector biology and computational intervention design, with a current focus on practical decision-making software.
GeneGuard AI is founder-led at present and works with an orchestra of cross-disciplinary advisors and external collaborators. Its longer-term goal is to connect biological intelligence with increasingly effective intervention planning and deployment across stakeholders in America and around the world. Its mission is to save lives at scale.
